The -30 folder is heavy duty design based on 2:1 principle with double nipping. Main drive of folder is through a set of hardened and ground spiral bevel gears. It has the capacity to produce 30,000 copies per hour for broadsheet or half page fold.

Apart from broadsheet it can also produce tabloid newspaper with optional attachment for magazine/quater fold and double parallel fold (with slitter/cross perforator) for books. It has the ease of operation for changeover from 1/2 to 1/4 or double parallel fold.

It is capable of handling 4 to 6 webs for producing 16 to 24 pages of broadsheet newspaper whereas for 1/4 or double parallel fold the capacity is 2 to 3 webs depending on paper gsm and multiple folds reduce the speed.

The -15 folder can produce tabloid/ broadsheet newspaper upto a speed of 15000 copies per hour and is based on 2:1 principle. Main drive of folder is through a heavy duty timer belt. Spider folder can handle upto 4 webs for producing upto 16 pages of broadsheet newspaper. optional attachment for magazine and quater fold (with slitting /cross perforation) is also available.

High performance quarter folder and 1/8th folder can also be attached for book production.
